Hi, I did a rescan and noticed there were additional notifications on the bottom of the page about scanning coverart and looking in ( I have a linux server ) in \var\lib\squeezeboxserver\cache I see there is a new folder called mai_artwork which has lots of images in it and they are indeed shown when you browse artists so it looks like the job is done We can't stop here this is bat country.
