I tried on my QNAP and after locating the directory (/mnt/HDA_ROOT/rootfs_2_3_6/share/HDA_DATA/.qpkg/LogitechMediaServer/var/home/SqueezeboxServer/Cache/DownloadedPlugins in this case, as it's in a CHROOT on the NAS) I don't see anything in there to delete. This is an old version of LMS modified for installation on an old NAS so it could be related to that.
