I'm having a similar issue with a Squeezebox Boom that I just purchased. I contacted the seller and they no longer use the email address that's associated with the MySqueezebox.com account. mac address 00:04:20:1E:53:DD
The unit works fine when connected to my LMS, but I can't change any of the apps.
