If you are using Win10 on a PC with BBCiPLayer plugin pre 1.50 and/or using HLS vs DASH and you are transcoding to a player - then you will get rebuffering. So more info. OS on PC ? Plugin version ? Are you playing DASH or HLS ? What arre the pluigin setting ? Are you in the UK or not ? Player type ? if squeezelite is it built and setup to play AAC natively ?
