Exact the same problem. Complete clean install on Qnap TS-470 firmware 4.2.3 build 20170121 and latest nightly build of LMS 1485445004 Thu Jan 26 15:44:51 UTC 2017 Qnap has been completely erased for setup with new disks (so no old setting could have survived)
