Many thanks for your swift response.

Tried it. Downloaded the latest win exe file, started it and pointed it
during the setup process to my NAS. Bingo.

As you mentionend I can access it via the SBT user interface and could
also synchronize it with the Pi2.
At least songs with sample rates up to 24/192 are synchronized
correctly.

With dxd files it´s rebuffering all the time; dsf files won´t be played
via Squeezeplay.
Hence I assume the audio output is not set correctly since my USB dac is
capable of playing those songs.

Most likely this is set somewhere else then in the SBT-like-GUI, right?

Can´t figure out currently where to change those mentioend "User
