I started off helping my next door neighbour get wireless working in his house. Unfortunately it's a 200 year old building with internal walls that are 2 feet thick in places, needless to say wireless wasn't the way to go. These things literally plug in and work and have been 100% reliable. There's also a slower version (14Mbps) for those that want to spend less...
