I've tried playing on a seperate player, setup on both a Pi or PC and either still takes around 8-10 to start playing. And currently have FLAC disabled and PCM enabled but it's still happening. I've been watching my Mikrotik router traffic flow using the Torch function. It's definitely capping out at 3Mbps when downloading the song. You see the same speeds when playing a playlist, when the current song is about 5 seconds from finishing.
