One of the things I look for is bands that are capable of doing whole albums like "Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit". I know we had the "one hit wonders" like "J. Frank Wilson and the Cavaliers", but the one hit wonders don't seem to have that formula for longevity that we saw in the 60's.
