Very nice plugin Triode, thank you!
It works well and is quite self-explanatory.
You may want to put a brief blurb about placing it
directly in the plugins directory without its own
folder. Some plugins like having their own folder
so I initially placed it in plugins/NetTest, which
didn't work.
Incidentally, I can get to 100% at 2000 kbps and
occasionally 100% at 3000 kbps, but never 100%
beyond that.
Very self-explanatory and very easy to use.
