Not sure why you would using LMS to view your photos & music?
I can view my photos & movies on my TV that are stored on my PC. The easiest way is to enable DLNA server in windows 10. Here's how > https://winaero.com/blog/how-to-enable-dlna-server-in-windows-10/ This will give you a 'basic' view on your TV of your PC shared folders. By basic I mean just the filename is displayed.
