Just BBC publishes doesn't make it correct - we have plenty of examples where BBC program feeds where a Listen again URL are delivered in a feed yet fail to play. The above 320k AAC URL looks incorrect as there is a part of a "hls" URL in the middle - it looks like someone edited the file and cut and pasted two URLs together (comments at start seems to show this feed is hand maintained) .
