Have you run the 'RF Environment' scan for the AP via the Controller? That should identify the best channel with least interference. Also make sure you do not use 'Auto' for the AP radio, select the channel the scan recommends. You can also download the Ubiquity WiFiMan app or the WiFi Analyzer app to check for interference.
