Using the first version of Documenter I could get a server showing up if I had my iMac running and Documenter went on to produced a valid PDF. I use the iMac infrequently and in this instance use it to keep a complete backup of my music files - LMS runs on it as well. Oddly the server that shows up in Documenter has a completely different IP address to either the windows 10 PC or the iMac. If I run that 'odd' IP address in a web browser (from the win 10 PC) it links to LMS on the PC not the iMac. If I shut down the iMac the server address disappears in Documenter. I think Documenter is not searching for LMS server on itself, but on other networked PC's.
