It's been a while since I put up the patched-up version of the old sb1 font convertor... Here's a completely new one for the sb2 & sb3:

So many fonts have an upshifted "$" :) There are a few important notes in the readme, and some general instructions (how to install fonts, etc). in the program's help screen.
