Yes, the Xilinx reset works with a Transporter.  Something simple, have
you confirmed that you've got the Volume turned up enough in LMS and
player?  Maybe as a test, in LMS set the Transporter to 100% Volume in
Settings > Player > Audio. This will certainly have maximum volume.
