I'm assuming it had been working and that you've tried rebooting the RPI.
Is the RPi connected with ethernet or wireless? If the latter, see if it shows up on your network using an ethernet connection. Note however, it won't be the same IP address as before. If you can connect with the ethernet, this will allow you to check the wireless settings. If it doesn't connect in any manner whatever, try pulling and re-seating the SD card. Other things to do are to try a different power supply for the RPI as they can go bad. Also, if you are using a HAT, pull it off and re-seat it.
