I see following error:
Falsches Repository http://repos.squeezecommunity.org/extensions.xml -
Redirection limit exceeded

That repository file re-directs to https - which your LMS/NAS doesn't support. It therefore tries to do http instead, which leads to the redirection to https again. And so on.

You need a more up to date system with decent SSL support. IO::Socket::SSL should be 2.066 or more recent. Unfortunately your LMS is so old, it wouldn't even show this version number...

When I would like to update to 8.1, should I take the following fiile?
http://downloads.slimdevices.com/LogitechMediaServer_v8.1.0/logitechmediaserver-8.1.0.tgz

Do I have to upload it to /share/public and rename it
./squeezeboxserver.tgz and edit the routines.sh for upgrade or is there
a better way?

How did you install LMS in the first place? This NAS isn't Debian based, I assume?
