Here is a screenshot that shows the extra folders/files I am talking about. So I can just ignore these and extract that 1 file inside the Macos folder?
Oh, you opened the "package". No need to do so. Finder would treat this as one file. You shouldn't go inside, unless you know what you're doing. Only copy the SqueezePlay.app (the extension likely is hidden).
