The error shows problem in processing - no output from the chain. So you
should first check out the components that they run OK from a command
prompt.
The two application to test are
C:\PROGRA~1\SQUEEZ~1\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\flac.exe
C:\Program Files\Squeezebox\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\lame.exe
I think it is a bit strange that "lame.exe" has a different path even
though they should be in the same directory.
