I agree with Jim. It is a good sign that you will be hiring these engineers and a QA manager.
You need to commit to thorough testing before shipping and you need to do a LOT of work on the user interface. You also need to work on SlimServer performance so it doesn't bog down the PC or server. You need to document operation of the SqueezeBox and the Slimserver. Especially Slimserver. And you need to provide more information on ripping and music library storage layout and file naming. This is especially critical for users who have sizeable collections of classical music.
