Depends on how you installed Buster and which package you used to

To see all squeezelite command line option use the "-?" option.

IIRC rpi 3+ is usually armhf.

So look for file with "armhf" and "pulse"

Uninstall the "apt" package before installing the Ralphy one to make no
confusion.
