Interesting. I recently had an issue where I couldn't save playlists from a specific piece of software (SPFLite). Notepad and Notepad++ worked just fine. My music is on an internal separate physical drive "D:", I checked all permissions and ownership which all seemed fine. When the Win10 21H1 update was offered I installed it and then, low and behold, SPFLite could again save playlists. Just wondering if this is a similar issue?
