The file name in the example after completing step 7 would be "Sample.txt" if you don't change the name of the newly created file. That name is what you would put into the "Skip Sentinel Filename" in the settings for "My Music". You would create an empty file with this name in each sub-folder that you wish to exclude from scanning. The method is good for excluding sub-folders from a scan.
