A pi or a similar is the way to go - all over a better service. > I emailed the radio station (vip-radios.fm) and asked if there was a > http url link that I could use. There can be other factors in the mix which can affect http/https support such as country and CDN. I tried: The yoga chill URLs I found are https://radio4.vip-radios.fm:18027/secure-64kAAC-YogaChill https://radio4.vip-radios.fm:18027/secure-128mp3-YogaChill So I tried but they didn't play. http://radio4.vip-radios.fm:18027/secure-64kAAC-YogaChill http://radio4.vip-radios.fm:18027/secure-128mp3-YogaChill I thought perhaps the non "https" URL might have a different non "secure" name so another vip-radios URL I tried: https://radio2.vip-radios.fm:18039/stream-192kmp3-BaySmoothJazz vs. http://radio2.vip-radios.fm:18039/stream-192kmp3-BaySmoothJazz Again the "http" didn't play. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=114874 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
