There is a lot of confusion in naming Ogg, Vorbis and friends. Normally, Ogg is a container and Vorbis is a codec. So you can put Vorbis in Ogg or Flac or Opus. Unfortunately, most of the time people name things "ogg" and think it is vorbis inside. So Ogg radio is correct, and obviously you have flac in it, to it's ogf. Even the mimetype is confusing as "audio/ogg" is vorbis in ogg but to specific other formats it's "audio/ogg codec=flac" or "audio/ogg codec=opus".
