It happened to me yesterday on a duet. It was an original Logitech power supply and its trie that Ive replaced many of these over time. The most robust from far seems to be the Boom 12V LMS 8.2 on Odroid-C4 - *SqueezeAMP!*, 5xRadio, 5xBoom, 2xDuet, 1xTouch, 1xSB3.
