A good mix. Probably perfect for an English summer afternoon, if a bit rockier than I'm accustomed to on a slow-starting North American morning. I've got two flac streams playing at the moment. I'll probably move on and listen to something else soon, but will keep one stream playing silently.
On my Linux (Mint 20.2) desktop, it plays well in VLC and the Rhythmbox player. I often use Audacious, a Winamp clone, and it plays the mp3 and aac streams well. For the flac stream, it reports "Error playing https://jukeradio.double6.net/flc: Error reading metadata". I actually have Winamp installed in Wine. Why? It's sometimes useful for playing a track from within mp3tag; otherwise, it's just a foolish stunt. Unsurprisingly, it can't play any of the streams, probably because of https. This is just for information. I do NOT expect support for odd and outdated players! LMS 8 nightly running on Raspberry Pi OS. Mostly virtual players, occasionally with SB Radio, Boom or Classic. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ RobbH's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=67008 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115087 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
