LMS is Logitech Media Server ... it is what you can run on a computer at home to control your Squeezeboxes. If you use mysqueezebox.com then you are using (an old) LMS that is being run by Logitech for you to access. It cannot do everything that an LMS inside your own home LAN can do.
RSS ... you will find it on many OTR sites with an orange icon. In essence it is a way of listings podcasts that is designed to be interpreted by software players rather than a user at a web browser. There will be hundreds (maybe thousands) of articles on the web about it.
