Well, I'm a real customer, having bought a Squeezebox and a Squeezebox 2 from Multitask in the UK. I have found Multitask to be a great company to deal with and I don't see how Amazon could be better from a customer service point of view.
Amazon could be better at having stock or getting more stock quickly - but I am only surmising that thay might have more efficient distribution and more "clout".
