Hoping Joe Muc or someone else knowledgeable might help me. I have a Touch remote that works except the Now Playing key which does not function(no response on Touch when using button). Tried the obvious, changing the batteries and trying it on another Touch. What are the correct troubleshooting/repair steps for this or is it just a dying remote.
