I've always had that selected under various falors of Windows, now at 11. Curiously, every now and then on a Win system full reboot, LMS fails to load...... Not often, but enough to be annoying. Manually forcing LMS to then load is easy enough - but I often log out and in of Win to fix the issue, in case there's anything else that is behaving oddly. I'm not always meticulous about shutting LMS before a Win reboot - so I wonder if sometimes LMS has not properly closed and therefore misses / ignores the restart on boot option?
