Hi there. I am starting a new thread for this as requested. I have
recently experienced again an intermittent problem where LMS integration
with TIDAL is failing and I'm not getting any TIDAL content included
when the index is rebuilt. I posted some server logs which showed that
LMS is failing to connect to MySqueezebox. Here's another section of the

I was asked to provide some more details about OS and security products

I'm running LMS on:


Dell Inspiron 3847 PC
Windows 10 Home v21H1
64-bit operating system
OS build 19043.1586

I'm using the firewall that comes bundled with Windows Security but have
tried a a reinstallation of LMS and an index rebuild with the firewall
disabled and it has n't helped - stil no TIDAL content displayed. Note
I've tried uninstalling TIDAL from MySqueezebox and reintsalling it with
new password but this doesn't help either.

I'm also running AVG PC TuneUp but have it set so that it is not running
continuously, only when I choose. I don't see how that could be
affecting this, but thought I'd mention it.

Any help and advice would be gratefully received. Let me know if you
need any more information!
