Unfortunately, there's currently no way to play a track unless it's first added to your library. I think we can expect that capability in SlimServer 6.5, but it will be a while before that version is released.
If you were to tag all of the audio books with the same 'ARTIST' name (say, 'Audio Book'), then at least they would be consolidated under the same artist and wouldn't clog up that view. You can't really consolidate them under Browse Albums, though. They'll still show up as individual albums in that view. What I would do is force them all to the end of the album view by adding an ALBUMSORT tag (TSOA ID3 tag in mp3 files) to the tracks.
