I upgraded the firmware in my router, uninstalled Slimserver, reinstalled the latest 6.2.2 with volume bug fixed, stepped through the network setup carefully on the SB2, upgraded the SB2 firmware and it connected intantly as before. No buzzing this time. :-)
I'll explore Internet radio again when I have time to mess with it. Thanks for the help!
