In fact, you can add the appropriate column into MP3Tag to show all tags contained in the file, and then sort by that column to see all files that are not just ID3v2. Just open your root music directory in MP3Tag (which takes quite a while), and sort by the new column. Should make the cleanup job pretty quick.
