Another problem though: After editing the Email.pm file (adding pop server address, user and pw) and asking the Squeezebox to check for mail via the "plugins > POP3 email browser" entry, the SB shows "Please Wait" for about a minute and then the slimserver application shuts down without any further error message. Any idea?
not a clue, until you can provide the note in the event viewer or from running command line as you did before.
