A detatchable, stylish, display unit with wireless connection to the main unit would allow for great flexibilty in positioning, would reduce the number of wires strung around the room and would allow the display to be place somewhere optimal rather than somewhere near the amplifier. Add an IR repeater on the main unit and you could keep everything except the display and remotes in a cupboard or in another room...
