If you are worried about accidentally upgrading your firmware, you can check this directory to see when it was last updated on the trunk (main development branch):
http://svn.slimdevices.com/trunk/server/Firmware/
According to what I see there now, the trunk and 6.2.x branch share the same firmware revision.
BTW, downgrading firmware is supported so even if you accidentally upgraded to a newer version you would be able to downgrade to the production release if you went back to that version of SlimServer.
