Hi, The current situation for the Qnap TS-101 is that we will be getting a delivery leaving them on the 20th and into us on the 23rd December. We will be shipping them as soon as we can but realisticly we aren't going to get them out for Christmas but between Christmas and the New Year.
I have tried to get some units out of them early as the delay has been caused by issues with their front end software and not our installation (which is independent of their front end software) but it couldn't be worked out. We will be shipping as soon as possible and I will keep you all informed on here as to when we ship out the first units. I can only apologise for the delay but it is out of our hands.
