Make sure the size seems to be 512M, I started the FTP, and then put my mac to sleep, forgetting it was running.
It is just a dd dump so you would open it with: dd if=tc10.dd of=/dev/hda (or wherever you have your CF mounted) I use a USB CF reader myself to write them.
