OK that suggests the problem is with the server. There are two possible causes: 1) Other application hogging the server CPU for this time. I suspect this is unlikely for the time period you are seeing [but not impossible]
2) Something in slimserver/a plugin taking a long time to complete and blocking the server from responding to player requests. Assuming 2. What do the timer and (if they exist) scheduler graphs below the Response time graph show?
