This programming is done in the skin for SoftSqueeze. The basic rundown of how to reprogram them:
- Find out what key codes the keys you want to use represent - Unzip the jar file - Edit the XML for the skin's keybinding (its very straightforward to read) - Remove the signing encryption keys - Use the jar command to re-pack the jar file Another alternative would be to reprogram what the keys do. There are several programs out their that will listen for key presses from the special keys and have them send whatever keys you want instead. They could then be remapped to softsqueeze's standard keyboard shortcuts. -Chris On 12/30/05, jtuggey <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hi, > I'm using softsqueeze on my slimserver PC in the kitchen, and whilst > using a wireless mouse is okay for operating softsqueeze, I wonder if > anyone has any experience of an infrared remote+PC to control > softsqueeze.
