Just in case you didn't know: Slimdevices are located in California, USA (GMT -8). This means that their local time is now 05.30 in the morning! If you call them in a couple of hours during their business hours I'm sure they will gladly accept your call. Or you could write them an e-mail any time. I think it is not a very good idea to post your invoice number in this public forum.
