Mikerob: If I remember your problem correctly (and I'm thinking of the right one), it was a crash during playing (actually probably displaying) the song with the odd character in it.
And it was some problem with looking up the right character to output to the screen. It might be related ... I guess I should try again with an SB1 ... I was playing on the SB3. ajmitchell, jhurley: There are several SB1 models - with graphic displays or with the old displays.
