I know that I have to use the Server's IP Adress instead of "localhost". For me it's "http://192.168.116.23:9000"; ! I know the adress by double clicking on my network connection and it's presented in the router interface. When i use another computer as a client, it's no problem to use the WebInterface, but when I do the same with the PSP Browser I just get a "time out"!
