This problem occur in my set-up too: SB3 SPDIF Coax Out»Canare Imp, transformer »Merging Sphinx DAC AES IN» Sphinx AES Out »DCX 2496 Crossover»Zacom Console »power amp.
Strangely the headphone output is OK, I must turn off the Sphinx DAC to get rid of the problem. This is the generated log just before the problem occur, I`m not sure if this is related but time wise this is when the problem occur.
