Ben, Here's a cleaned up, anti-aliased New image based on the one created by davep. I still used the slanted note, and moved the starburst to the left side of the note as it fits better. If you like this, I'll create you the active image as well. I'm doing these in Photoshop and they are quite easy using vectors and masks, so popping them out is a breeze.
If you don't like my style, i'll send you cleaned up versions of davep's.
