Yeah, but this doesn't sound like that. It sounds like an additonal fee based on it being 'digital media'.... Which is dumb. Why does playing from a CD not have the new license fee, but playing from an MP3 does... what if it's a CD of MP3s? Or a burned CD audio that was once mp3's but now a plain audio "dj mix" disc.... The lines get all fuzzy and weird from what the BBC has on it.
