Try checking if you have bitrate limiting set for that player. if you have that set to some low bitrate, and you are missing LAME, then that would explain why playback would stop. You can also lok at the log with d_source enabled.one more thing - the player displays the mp3 file/song i want to play but the progress bar never moves.
